STUDENT ARRIVAL TIMES​
FANTASTIC FIRE @ 4:15 P.M.
THE ISLAND RIFFS @ 4:45 P.M.
STUDENT GUIDELINES
UPON ARRIVAL:
* Students with amps --> please leave your amp near stage area *
* ALL students please proceed to the kitchen / end of the hallway area *
* Find a spot for belongings. Not in the middle of a walking/standing area please *
* Tune your instrument and practice through music individually or with a partner *
** No rough housing or goofing around!! **
PROVIDED MEAL FOR STUDENTS
HICS will provide pizza for the kids prior to the concert around 5:00 p.m. Options will be plain cheese or pepperoni. HICS will also provide bottled water, paper plates and napkins.
PARENTAL HELPING HANDS
HICS is kindly requesting help from parents with the following:
* Setting up chairs at 4:30 *
* Breaking down chairs and cleaning up space immediately following the concert *
* Setting out paper goods for pizza; cleaning up after meal time. Taking out trash *
* Sweeping up the floor *
* Checking bathrooms *
